We do our utmost to ensure your order is handled with extreme care from packaging to delivery, especially local delivery which is absolutely free! Deliveries by other carriers are handled under their policies and not those of Caribbean Online Grocery. Any disputes in delivery & handling with these carriers is their responsibility.


There will be no refunds under any circumstances unless & until all investigations into your dispute have been exhausted and it has been determined that the fault is ours. We do not ship or deliver products past their expiration date or products not packaged properly. We are not responsible for products/goods damaged during shipping & handling by carriers other than Caribbean Online Grocery, LLC.

Typographical Errors will not be held responsible for typographical errors. If you see an extraordinarily low price for an item, we suggest you call or open a chat session with us before your purchase that item. For example: If you see a 6 Bottle case of Ferrol Compound for $10.00 obviously that is a typo. Do Not Purchase. CaribbeanOnlineGrocery will not accept payment or honour purchases in such a case. An immediate refund will be issued.
